With this, an environment is created, which enables two things at the same time: ensures the individual to achieve personal goals, and enables development of personal competency, which contribute to achieving goals of your company.  By defining personal goals and putting them in the first place, an individual has on average less than 2h daily to meet these goals. He/she is forced to better organize, motivated, and cares for his/her personal performance to achieve goals in his/her free time!

Provision of human productivity by factors of external motivation has a limited effect. Companies with workshops and seminars achieve desired results only partially because the impulses reach employees from outside. As soon as the presence of these factors disappears, motivation declines and projects water down. The individual returns to usual working habits.
